Having spent over a decade in Clinical Research, working on pharmaceutical trials across therapeutic areas and countries, I developed a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. Alongside professional milestones, I navigated intense personal seasons frequent relocations, family struggles, grief, financial collapse and health challenges that led to burnout, depression, anxiety and insomnia.
Today, my life is different. I wake up with clarity, peace and genuine joy.
I’m a meditation teacher, wellness coach, tantra yoga instructor, and speaker. My work bridges science and spirituality in a grounded way: blending evidence-informed breathwork, meditation, somatic practices and nature-connection to support whole-human wellbeing.
I create intimate, supportive spaces where you can truly feel yourself, listen to your inner voice and step into a life that feels authentic and aligned.
